The sheriff does not publish dedicated records-desk hours, a booking-photo request form, a booking-photo fee, or a guaranteed production time. Call the jail first to confirm where a focused written APRA request should go and ask for a cost estimate. Published crash-report fees do not establish the price of a booking photograph.

- For a named booking record or photo, follow the request steps on the home guide and contact the jail.
- For a filed charge or later disposition, search Indiana MyCase and verify the official record with the Circuit Court Clerk.
- For warrant guidance, use Wanted Fugitives; the clerk can help with court records, while urgent law-enforcement questions belong with dispatch. Never approach a wanted person.
- For a recent arrest or current county-jail custody question, call 812-427-2057. VINE can provide custody-status notifications, but it is not a booking-photo archive.
- For an underlying Vevay incident report, contact Vevay Police. No current Patriot police records office was verified, so begin with the sheriff and confirm the arresting agency.
- For a sentenced state prisoner, use the Indiana Department of Correction offender search. It does not publicly display offender photos.
- For federal or immigration custody, use the official Bureau of Prisons or ICE locator. Those systems do not replace county jail records.
Emergencies go to 911. The anonymous non-emergency tip line is 812-427-4427; it is a recorded mailbox and is not a custody or records line.
